April 12, 2023. Big B pools re-plastered our pool. The finished product was perfect ! The color we selected turned out great. Bryan, the owner, is professional and knowlegable. He comunicated with us proactively. He was responsive to our questions, answered our calls and texts immediately. When we set up a date, he was on time and finished the pool in two days, which included demo the old plaster, prep the new surface, and install new plaster. The team also replaced all of our jets, fittings, and drain cover. They fixed our pool light too. The company provided everything he agreed to and promised. The service was fast and done right. Equally important, the price was very reasonable. My wife and I could not be happier.
